¾ oz. Blanc vermouth
¾ oz. Aperol
8-10 drops Meyer Lemon Bitters
- Combine Rye, vermouth, Aperol and Meyer Lemon Bitters in a shaker.
- Add ice and stir.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
