For those who say a mojito requires mint, this cocktail politely disagrees. The flavors of grapefruit, rum and rosemary combine perfectly to help you forget everything you thought you knew about the Havana classic.

Ingredients: Pompelmocello, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, rosemary and club soda.
How to Make Pompelmocello Rosemary Mojito

Yield: 1 serving

Pompelmocello Rosemary Mojito

1 oz. Pompelmocello
1 oz. White rum
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 Rosemary sprig
Club soda


  1. Combine Pompelmocello, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and rosemary in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
