The sweet smell of lavender and vanilla mixed with the crispness of cucumber and gin would make for a great scented candle. But trust us, it tastes even better than it smells.

Lavender Vanilla Rickey Cocktail Ingredients
Ingredients: Lavender Vanilla Liqueur, gin, cucumber, lemon and club soda.

Yield: 1 serving

Lavender Vanilla Rickey

1 oz. Lavender Vanilla Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Gin
2 Cucumber slices
½ oz. Lemon juice
Club soda


  1. Combine the Lavender Vanilla Liqueur, gin, cucumber and lemon juice in a shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. Garnish with cucumber slice and lavender buds.
