Adding a tart kick of rhubarb to the age-old brandy crusta, this four-ingredient cocktail simplifies its predecessor in effort, but adds its fair share of complexity in flavor.
Brandy Rhubarb Crusta
1 ½ oz. Brandy or cognac
¾ oz. Dry curacao or triple sec
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. Rhubarb Tincture
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with white sugar.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
